Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, certainly do! It’s more of a rule than an exception.
Who do you ship with?
Our shipping providers of choice are Fedex for overseas customers and Slovak Post for EU and domestic customers. Both companies offer fast and reliable shipping services.
Do you provide tracking information?
Absolutely. We will notify you with tracking details upon dispatch. You will be able to follow your parcel all the way to your doorstep.
How long will it take?
All our products are handmade to order in our workshop here in Slovakia. Please allow up to 2 weeks for production time as handcraft quality takes time and we cannot compromise even a single stitch!
Once dispatched, shipping shouldn’t take longer than 5 business days for most overseas orders. Shipping time to most EU destinations takes between 2-5 business days.
Can I order faster shipping?

What is your return/refund policy?
We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided that the items are unused and in original condition. All returns must be approved beforehand. Please email us at email@example.com to request a Return Authorisation and return address. A refund will be issued once we receive returned items through the original method of payment.
Can I return personalised items?
Products personalised with monogram are not returnable. If we made a mistake personalising your product, or you received a faulty item of course we will take appropriate action by either replacing it or providing a full refund.
